PlatinumHD Propvid - leaders in real estate and property video.

We're a medium-sized, independent business. If you need to negotiate special terms, please talk to us.

Otherwise we like to think we're better than the airlines. We leave on time. And we get you there on time.

- Please allow 24 to 48 hours advance booking for Propvid 30s, 60s & 90s. (Exceptions made for regular Clients in certain circumstances)

- 72 hours required for Prestige productions.

- One week pre-production time for Platinum productions.

- Turnaround time for photographs - 24 business hours. If URGENT, please speak to one of our Producers.

- Turnaround time for video (30s, 60s, 90s)  - up to 48 hours providing we have scripting details prior to shoot.

- Turnaround time for Platinum productions. First edit launched within 72 business hours.

- Duration, for 30s, 60s and 90s: duration of film is UP TO 30, 60 or 90 seconds. Not including Client tail board.

- One set of edit requests ONLY per 30, 60 & 90 second productions.

- Additional edit requests will be charged at $192 per-hour.

- Payment terms - 7 days following approval and launch of assets.

- A cancelation fee of $110 will be applied if shoot canceled within two hours of shoot time.

- PlatinumHD Propvid and its affilates accepts no responsibility for inaccurate data entered into our system.

- If Voice Overs are produced based on incorrect data entered in by the Client, re-voice-over and re-editing costs will apply.

- For optimum streaming performance, please ensure you have the latest FLASH and/or Quicktime players installed.

- As video streaming is subject to Internet traffic and conditions out of our control, we can accept no responsibility for streaming speeds.

- PlatinumHD Propvid takes great care in the production and presentation of auctions, including double redundancy of computers used for auction displays, but accepts no responsibilty in the event an auction is disrupted and/or properties fail to sell in-room resulting from audio visual or technical failures out of our control.

- Please take some time to understand our system. It has been designed and built for you. 

- If you come across any problems/bugs, please tell us about them and we'll fix them.
